Although our free technical support is currently closed, you can still request our 24/7 on-call service.
By posting an request for emergency support, you trigger a paid service delivered by our on-call team. You will be contacted within 30 minutes. Depending on the nature of the problem, a remote or physical intervention will be decided (in agreement with your teams).
We draw your attention to the fact that your request will only be filled once the payment is accepted by the bank. If the problem is due to a malfunction of one of SafeBrands's services, the value of the on-call intervention ticket will be credited back to you as a credit note.
If the intervention lasts more than one hour, SafeBrands will charge overtime according to the applicable price grid. Any hour begun will be due.
